For several yeats I've explored painting using an iPad2 and now iPad Pro. Apps I use include ArtRage!, Paper 53, Auryn Ink, and Procreate. I further manipulate digital prints with ink, watercolor, and acrylic.

Inspired by the Illuminated pages of the Middle Ages, my "Elaborate Page" series includes modern office supplies like whiteout, washi tape, gel pen and glitter. I alter words and add information from other sources. Each piece begins with pages carefully removed from books on Byzantine and Russian painting.

In 2010 I began incorporating collage into my paintings. 

I believe all things are connected. Animals who visit us physically or in our dreams have wisdom to share. I began this series in 2014 while on retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The Honouring Love series bubbled out of me as I grieved the loss of my husband. Collage is often my go to medium when digging down into emotion.

In 2009 I was inspired to paint Orchids larger-than-life. Many from this series are acrylic on wood.
